Below is the School of Maths Welcome Week timetable, and details of induction events during the first few weeks of the semester. You should also look at the University Welcome Week Events webpage and the Events App (which you can download here) for listings of other events on offer across the University.

Please note that the times in the calendar may be subject to some small changes. Please make sure to check this page and the UoE Events App regularly for any updates, particularly in the lead up to Welcome Week.

The majority of the events in Welcome Week (Week 0) are for new undergraduate students in Year 1 (or Year 2 if they have opted to do Direct Entry).

You can get to King's Buildings from the central campus using the University's Shuttle Bus Service. All welcome sessions will be held in either the James Clerk Maxwell Building (JCMB) or the Nucleus Building.
