Undergraduate Project & Dissertation Writing Workshops

The 'Undergraduate Project and Dissertation Writing Workshops', for Years 4 and 5, are a brilliant opportunity to get some input into how to write your project or dissertation. Past students have found them very useful, giving them insight into areas of language and structure they hadn't previously considered when writing.

Prior to the workshop there are 3 sessions below that you will need to review and work through. Please bring your work and any questions to the workshop, where there will be representatives from the School of Maths and The Centre for Open Learning on hand to help.  The session links are below:

You must register to attend this event, as we have a limited capacity of spaces available. These workshops are extremely popular. Please register now to avoid disappointment.

Registration will open in January 2026.

If we reach capacity we will operate a waiting list. If you are no longer able to attend and need to cancel your booking, please do so at your earliest opportunity and at least 3 days before the event where possible. Someone else may be able to take your place, but we need time to contact them.
